Remember your appointment is scheduled according to the time.
Please make sure that your hair is not matted and excessively tangled, there is a detangling fee starting at $100 for hair that requires more than 30 minutes to detangle. ( hair that has been in a style past 3 weeks must be properly separated prior to your appointment, attached will be an example of what is properly separated vs what is improper.) I understand we all have preferences and I appreciate your suggestions and product feedback but unless the product prescribed to you and in a prescription labeled container, I will make the decision to use what I prefer to reach the desired results.
When you made your appointment you agreed through booksy to place a card on file that secures your appointment with a fee that equals 50% of what you booked for. In the event that you must cancel at the last minute or no show (within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment) that fee will be charged. If the fee is not processed successfully you will not be able to book again. There’s absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
