Frank Roland Gonzales, formerly of Dave’s Barber Shop, has stepped out on his own to launch his independent barbering business. With nearly a decade of professional experience and a lifetime rooted in the industry, Roland brings both skill and heart to every cut.

Barbering runs deep in the family. Roland grew up in the world of clippers and combshis father owned four barber shops, and Roland spent much of his childhood in the hustle of the shop. His dad just retired this year, and the legacy continues: Roland’s daughter has also been a professional hair stylist for over 10 years. You could say it’s in our blood, Roland says.

Born and raised in Killeen, Roland has witnessed the city grow from a small town into the vibrant community it is todayand he’s proud to be a part of its story. He got into barbering during a time when he needed a fresh start. What he found was a true calling: I love talking to people, hearing about their day, and giving them a clean cut that makes them smile. Knowing I made someone’s day a little betterthat’s what it’s all about.

Roland is now accepting new clients and looks forward to continuing his family's tradition of providing high-quality service and community connection.
